Do you keep all the machinery you offer in-stock?
We keep a big-variety of the machinery we offer in stock. For larger and demanding projects we work with our customers in order to prepare tailor-made machines. Delivery times depend on how complicated is the project.
Do you provide technical and field support?
Absolutely. Our technicians and sales team are easy to reach, responsive and enthusiastic about their work. With a lot of expertise and knowledge our experts can ensure your satisfaction.
When will I receive my order?
As a group of companies, we make sure that our delivery network is well connected, thus ensuring that your order is delivered upon two working days.
What if I am not sure about the thickness/type of film that I need for my project?
Our sales-team possesses the necessary expertise and knowledge to guide you through this process. In addition, nothing satisfies us more than a sampling session either at your premises or in ours.
Can I visit your show-room?
Absolutely. Our staff will welcome you with the warmest and kindest way. Upon request, we can provide demonstration for all the machinery we keep in stock, and answer all your questions.
Do you offer any warranty for your products?
We proud ourselves for cooperating with the biggest and more recognized manufacturers of Europe, thus enhancing the quality of the products we offer. We offer from 1-3 years of warranty (depending of the machine) to all the machinery we offer. In addition, we have a return and replace policy for all the damaged or faulty consumables.
Do you offer products that are suitable for food-packaging?
Yes we do. Food-packaging is one of the main areas that we operate. Depending on the application we can offer the most suitable solution. All certificates are available upon request.
Do you offer spare-parts?
Yes, we keep in-stock a big variety of all the essential spare-parts needed for every machine.
Do you provide customized solutions?
Yes, depending on the application we can offer customized printed or unprinted solutions in different sizes, thickness and/or composition.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, bank cheques, bank transfer and credit cards.
